SoLo was created by meat-loving, Filipino-Australian brothers who wanted homes and restaurants in Manila to enjoy the best meat that the Land Down Under has to offer. Being a local business, SoLo firmly believes in giving local kitchens access to top-notch quality beef and lamb without having to break the bank.

Our meats (add link to Our Meat) are sourced from heritage farms in Australia that grow cattle humanely and sustainably, and meet grass-fed and grain-fed standards, as well as HALAL certifications.
